I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my recent experience at Aqua - The Park, which, unfortunately, did not meet the high standards I have come to expect from your establishment.

Service Quality: The overall service was disappointing. It was notably slow, leading to several dishes arriving cold while we waited for the complimentary roti.

Food Preparation: I ordered prawns, but they were served undercooked. While I appreciate the captain's courteous response in replacing the dish, it was still a letdown.

Billing Process: After requesting the bill, we waited an additional 10-15 minutes for it to arrive, which added to our overall frustration.

Ambiance and Availability: The restaurant had a low occupancy on a Sunday night, which raises concerns about service quality and attention to detail.

Table Reservation: Despite having made a reservation, we were not seated at our preferred table, even though many remained unoccupied.

I value Aqua - The Park as my favorite dining destination and hope that these issues can be addressed to enhance the experience for future guests. with this experience I don't think I can consider/will visit The Park again on any of special occasion & With family...

Our anniversary dinner at Aqua was a night of mixed emotions. The restaurant’s atmosphere is its highlight – intimate, cozy, and perfect for a special occasion. The karaoke added a fun twist to our evening.

On arrival, we were asked if we were celebrating a special event. We mentioned our anniversary, expecting perhaps a little something special, but nothing out of the ordinary happened. This was a bit of a letdown.

The service was generally good, with Abdullah, our server, being friendly and efficient. However, the food was where Aqua fell short for us. It was merely average, not living up to the high prices. We even ordered a cake ourselves, which turned out to be extremely costly, adding to our disappointment with the food.

As someone who appreciates good food and often chooses restaurants based on their culinary offerings, I found Aqua lacking. The ambiance and service are commendable, but the food does not justify the high costs. For food enthusiasts like myself, Aqua may not be the best choice.
