Our Indian Railways day-by-day progressing towards becoming on one of the largest railway networks in the world providing better connectivity so does “FOODYNIANS” as the name says serving food to all Indians not by the traditional concept of attendant serving your orders instead feed your order on a tab kept besides you and once it is prepared a bell rings and you see from distance on the tracks a tiny yellow light glowing like a flashlight arriving towards your table & tadda!!! Toy train along with its bogies carrying your order. Once you take your order the toy train goes back to its yard awaiting for the next order. Isn’t it an out of the box idea to serve food in restaurants? All the credits goes to Miss Sneha (owner) of the outlet to come up with this mind boggling concept. Tacos, Burgers, Pasta, Rice Bowls and Fries is served by the toy train except beverages. Do visit Foodnynians (Airoli) to experience an altogether Foodventurous appetite.
Food:
1 Cheese Dirty Fries – Presentation as mentioned above 10/10 coming to the fries which were covered with heap of melting cheese. Fries were a bit soggy after sometime yet the taste of them because of the cheese was something to die for.
2 Spicy Paneer Burger – Bun was fluffy stuffed with soft crispy coated paneer along with fries.
3 Double Cheese Chicken Dirty Burger – Be ready to get dirty as at the end you would be simply licking your cheesy fingers…..juicy chicken patty drowned by avalanche of melted cheese and fries. Would recommend for the once who has a good appetite to finish it down.
Drinks:
1 Ocean Blue Fresher – Must try!! To refresh yourself this summer.
2 Malt – For the non – alcoholic people this one is for you. Unique experience I had sipping the barley based malt beer. A concoction of bitterness and malt sweetness to refresh your minds. Highly recommended to try I’m sure you would love it.
Ambience – They have really worked hard in setting up the interiors right from the big mannequin at the entrance holding a burger with the slowly rotating clogwheel on the ceiling. As you enter inside you can see the entire setup of tracks, seating sofas, clogwheel on the walls, hanging monkey holding the lightsaber and much more…..hats off to the owner and person really putting efforts behind it.
Service – Service was quick by the toy rain (lol) ensuring that our food doesn’t fall anywhere. Behind this as well to make it more precise they must have done several trial tests.

Thank you Foodynians and Sneha for bringing up such a wonderful outlet. Just one recommendation it would be great to update the page on zomato as some of the menu items...
Read moreFoodynians.. a tongue twister of a name had enough tongues wagging by the end of our marathon meal. While it was the concept that caught everyone's attention, it turned out to be the butt off all jokes by the end of it. Despite being really intrigued by the concept and at times even quite impressed with the food, there was a lot left to be desired. Let me just quickly break down the review on a few parameters
Ambiance & Service: Tiny to say the least but impressive in its concept nonetheless. A six table setup with a tab to place orders and a toy train railway tracks originating from the kitchen window and terminating on each of the tables - impressive! Had some fun to start with but the concept only catches your intrigue for that long until you get increasingly frustrated at the wait, so much so that you might as well end up picking up whatever food is being transported past you enroute other tables. Took us a good 3 hours among 18 of us spread across 3 tables to wrap up the entire meal! And no, we're no slow eaters by any stretch of imagination. A few wrong track deliveries, which of course required a manual intervention, brought along some amusement in the interim. With the tracks bang in the center of each table, it gets a little tricky to share food on your table, so you just pass it around.
Food: We probably ended up ordering most of the choices that were available on the menu.. From fries to Nachos to Sides to Burgers to Wraps to Pastas to Rice boxes to desserts While the vegetarians cribbed over the lack of options and felt like they'd only gobbled down chunks of cheese by the end of the meal, the Non vegetarians had something to cheer about. From a decent sloppy chicken burger, to a flavourful Rogan Josh Rice box & white sauce pasta, I managed to catch some hits among the many misses. Seems like the chefs are curating the dishes with a lot of love and patience..sadly the patience among the patrons at times runs out.
VFM: At the end of the day, despite a 10% corporate offer, I didn't really find this...
Read moreTotally worth visiting!! They have an interesting concept of serving food over a Toy Train which is something different than usual and to bring out the child in you to watch and have fun with this amazing ambience.
They are really good in Icecreams it has all natural ingredients which is their best thing. Every time i visit this place i never end up having only 1 icecream😊 So coming to what i ordered :
MASALA FRIES (5/5) : The masala which they sprinkle is the best tastes sweet and spicy, so no doubt loved it 😍
Guava and mocha ice cream (5/5) : Both the icecreams i could taste the natural flavours 😍. So would recommend to try fruits in icecreams.
ALOO PATTY BURGER (4/5) : Although its just the same hash brown as tikki but with those sauces it tastes real good. Worth the price 😊
White sauce pasta (5/5) : It was creamy and with some exotic veggies like broccoli, zucchini, bell peppers, baby corn you can ask to skip if dont like any of the above but the veggies add a different taste. Its worth the price with taste and quantity.
POTATO SHOTS (4/5) : frankly you might feel its just all readymade and nothing new but trust me the masala which they sprinkle on the top makes it amazing.
Paneer tikka rice bowl (5/5) : First thing that appear is their presentation which was a big thumbs up! The taste was also good with the panner tikka sauce and salad along side giving you the sweet and sour taste after having little spice from the gravy.
Pleasant peach fruit beer (4/5) : It not similar to actually beer it has a fruity taste, chilled sweet drink to enjoy in this summer's although the drink quantiy might disappoint you but the taste its worth trying.
Overall had a great experience just the space might be a problem but they'll never let you down with the taste this is what i have...
