Kolkata Rolls — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

The rolls were good. This was not my first time. But the last time I visited it, the overall experience just ruined it :/

I used GPay to pay them. After I put the pin, my mom called me. I answered, which I shouldn't have.

Then it showed 'processing' under the transaction. I knew it would 100% get through. So, I requested the guy to just wait for 5 mins. I wanted to do a quick visit at Patil Wines.

This was where the experience got ruined. He made me pay again. Of course, both transactions got through.

When I got back, he had to call another person to check it, who said he'll check and call back. When he did, the guy at the counter started his randi rona on how someone who was supposed to come didn't and shit. And took exceptionally extra time to give back the money.

I would have been very okay if he took my number and told me that he'll check and return it if both transactions got through.

But well. You had to ruin things.

Recently opened here just in front of railway station, Kolkata rolls offer a variety of rolls in veg, paneer, chicken, mushroom ,egg, kosha rolls. Along with it they also serves starters in panner and chicken,momos & chicken biryani (kol style) They have their combos in veg & non veg to choose. A small rolls joint with seatings available. Tried their veg roll (regular), taste was fine but worthy if you want to eat some rolls seating down...

I ordered from here via swiggy. When i checked i found that 2 items from my order were missing. This issue was handled well by swiggy. Secondly while eating i found that 2 more item (Chicken Egg roll) was missing egg in it. And the overall taste is also ok ok. When they have mentioned Kolkata rolls.
