Laziz Pizza — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

I happened to make an order with Laziz Pizza at Airoli seeing the offer message my colleague received. Upon calling the number of that store, a lady at the counter to my surprise disconnected the call twice and straight away said she doesnot want any order from my end as I did not like her voice. I was clarifying the offer message and she started talking in annoying tone for which I asked her why is she singing and giving sarcastic tone to the conversation. She said if you dont like my voice, dont call here and disconnected the call by saying I need not place any order. I called her again and she answered screaming at her top voice saying she will not accept any order from my end. I asked for manager detail and she said I am the owner and I dont care about your order and not to call Laziz pizza again.

1st thing, if the person who attended the call is really the owner of this store, I regret high time for having placed order with Laziz Pizza everytime. 2nd, if she is not the owner, I request the management to have a look at the issue because such attendees at the counter will definitely make you loose your customer.

My colleague made a call later through another number and she made the conversation in same annoying tone and at the end we landed up ordering from Square.

Laziz pizza please try to have some customer value as you know - you serve us and we have option to not let you serve us.

Good: Value for money. You can get a large pizza for the cost of Domino's medium pizza. Taste is good (above average - though not as great as Domino's or Pizza hut.). Good offers for repeat as well as new customers. Not so good: Crust/Base is not so spongy or thick. The place is small and feels uncomfortable for more than two persons per table. Better to order online (from swiggy etc) for more number of people. Chilli flakes and jalapeños don't help much to add the spice. Ketchup is must. No wash basin. Need to request for...

I once orderd a medium DOUBLE cheese pizza n white pasta from uber eats. The pasta was kinda nice but quantity was less. And THE PIZZA, it was literally a lot less chessy not even cheese pizza forget bout double cheese pizza, it was not even hot and not at all stretchy cheese expected from a double cheese pizza , the base of the pizza was not flour based but those frozen based packets. I was disgusted by the pizza only, wouldn't recommend obviously, and also anytime Domino's over Laziz...
