Ribbons and Balloons - The Cake Shop — Restaurant in Navi Mumbai

Pathetic experience with Ribbons and balloons Airoli Sector 19, I had ordered "Lamborghini car" photo printed cake for my son's birthday, management said it will be ready by 6.30 pm, first it was not ready they forget to prepare it later when I had contacted them at 7.15 pm as it was getting late they started giving reasons like printer malfunctioned we will deliver it soon, later at 8.30 pm the cake which actually arrived was of Pokemon printed with some different chocolate flavour, obviously they just printed the photo I gave them day before, they just took out some stale/ unsold cake from their inventory and delivered it to me and I had no option but to use it as all guests were waiting and we had paid in full at the time of booking so nothing I could do... They did not even cared to explain or apologies for what they did, by reading other customers comments here it makes me think it's a regular practice here and shop owner is least bothered about what we write here, there are 2 dozon other cake shops in a locality why to go for brands when they are no different rather worst then any local shops...???? Not ordering anything anymore for this shop...

Very critical and poor quality , The cake was very bitter in taste and very dry and I called the owner and told about the condition and he told to bring the cake next day afternoon and I did as he said I Respected their work and went to the shop in the afternoon so there will be no customers at that time and as I told the problem about the cake they said the cake taste is like that originally, but it is not, we all know how the pastry cake tastes the cake they gave was very bitter and dry and they didn't agree to change and he also told that the cake got expired today and cannot be exchanged, what a disgusting experience it was and I gave the cake to them only, it is not a joke to go to the shop many times buy and return it we all have our works and when we want to enjoy a little time and buy and eat something these types of shops will ruin the moment , will never buy from ribbons and ballons again. Worst.

And the reply to this review is "sorry mam you came to the wrong page I think", I know the address sir, Ribbons and ballons, sector -19, Airoli. There is only one Ribbons and balloons in sector 19, Don't just try to fool the customers and reviews with like...

One of the worst cakes from Ribbons and Balloons from airoli sector 19.. I genuinely state have bought cakes from this shop previously but never this kind! Thought of buying something different from the regular chocolate flavor and ended up buying some rainbow cake after the shop's staff recommendation .. and believe me have never had such a worst cake ever.. right from the base which tasted like stale curd till the actual grainy cake to the icing it all tasted nasty sour.. and to worsen that d cherries had literally dried out that no one even dared to taste them.. not even d cherry lovers..and yes the cake had turned this level i stated above the very nxt morning we had it not even 24 hrs old and turned its max worst in the night even post refrigeration! first time a cake from a quality chain of cakes like R & B goes to trash..to add to this had ordered couple of patties.. the girl in the shop didnt even bother to heat it in the microwave.. atleast going through this review pls take care of...
