Food is okay, not great but not too bad either. However, the staff have been trained to nudge customers towards unnecessary extras. For example, when I ordered a burger, the person at the billing counter asked me whether I want single cheese or double cheese - apparently both are chargeable (Rs.45 per slice) and there's an option to order the burger without cheese. None of this was mentioned. When I ordered a cafe latte, I was asked whether I wanted strong or light. I luckily ordered light, but later found out that strong was chargeable. I was then asked which flavour I wanted (note that no flavour wasn't mentioned as an option). The natural expectation of any customer, when asked which flavour they want, is to assume that it's included in the price. I later found out to my horror that the flavour was charged at Rs. 45. The coffee was Rs. 106 and the flavouring was Rs. 45. This would still be okay IF the staff made it very clear to customers that these options are chargeable and mention the rates for each option. This is ESPECIALLY important since none of this is mentioned on their digital screen menus. Even though the food was okay, this restaurant's practices are fraudulent in nature and the staff are trained to "make" a customer pay ridiculous extra charges without their knowledge. The staff is super rude and unhelpful. Also the coffee here is like running water and when you complain, the servers are rude and talk back. Would not recommend...
