Their menu has been updated along with the interiors. The food selection no longer includes Indian (such as Chicken Tikka Curry, Thalis, Kebab Rolls or Rice Items) as these have been completely eliminated from the menu.
Thankfully, what's not changed is their Hot Chocolate Fudge, Pizzas, Burgers and Chicken Chops. I've always found their food to be nicely prepared, hot and full of flavour.
Points of concern:
Air Conditioning is very irratic. Sometimes works, sometimes does not. Not very well ventilated, to say the least.
The small washbasin outside is not cleaned regularly. Attention to cleanliness is nowadays a necessity.

Now talk about food it was average. We ordered a burger and pizza and ice cream. The burger tasted quite good, but the pizza was not good at all. The flavour of the sauce was terrible, no taste at all. It was completely blend. Ice creams are very good here, you can make your own tab of ice cream. Really love it. Ambiece was certainly downmarket from its heyday and look more like a glorified ice cream shop. Most of the old items were missing. I tried Shami Kabab which was fairly pathetic. They had burnt most of them. Taste was also bland. Even the lemon half provided was representative - produced about 20 seeds but no juice.
