City Kitchen Restaurant & Sky Lounge — Restaurant in Odisha

I checked in around 21:45 hrs. . I am Paul ..I want single occupancy room but there was no single occupancy room available. So I took double occupancy room but I stayed single. It was drizzling outside. So I was bound to stay in that room paying rs.700 which was unworthy. Because I asked tangi Biryani in my room no.14 at 22: 40 hrs which I paid Rs.220 + rs 20 for water bottle. I took order around 22: 50 hrs. I opened the parcel Immediately because I was feeling too much hungry.When I had some little portion of that Biryani trust me including me no one could have ever ate , because it's too much salty.I rang bell in my room so many times but no one came. So I went personally to reception to complain about my food.I told them to replace but they are so cunning that they just made it hot in oven and gave it back to my room. Just I tested and thrown outside of my room. Kindly see the attached picture. In my room even I asked bedsheet or blanket to cover to one of the hotel room attendant around 23:00 hrs but he did not bring. Overall the experience is pathetic. I thought the hotel is good but it's too horrible. Not worthy for money to stay in...

We tried their Chicken biriyani which costs us 200 rupee per plate. We randomly visited this place for lunch and guess what it was really amazing. I didn't expect that I could find such a great biriyani near Railway station. The ambience was decent, while coming to the biriyani it was really flavorful. An egg with 2 big pieces of chicken with plenty of amount of rice. It was really delicious😋. Wanna suggest that the chicken pieces were cooked well but it can be better. Kindly do some up gradetion regarding the softness of the chicken because if the chicken pieces were soft enough believe me guys it would be 10/10 so kindly from next time onwards try to serve the soft chicken pieces because the chicken pieces we ate were hard kind and over cooked. The place is for its name and some unique menu only...As like Bamboo biriyani, Bamboo Chicken..where in the town there are no other options for the same menu...But what the thing they actually do is , they prepare all the foods as regular cooking,after that they do the show off or garnish only...inside the restaurant too there was malodorous Smell coming..as like urinal smell or that bathroom camphor smell..oh my god...that 45 mins the worst feelings which I had .. I mean I had ordered Bamboo biriyani , but what I got ...? The regular Biriyani which was totally cool , was just filled inside a Bamboo...So pathetic...not recommended.
