After a bill of more than 5k when a glass broke they asking for glass money No courtesy for customers

We visited two times we ordered at 12 30 we got starters at 1 45pm and main cource one half at 2 30 next half at 3 pm almost u will loose the zeal to eat

I cant reply ur review so editing here u came 1 hr after we were there at hotel. How u tracked timing what you have written IS A LIE. You bought a pet dog inside hotel making it move here and there on seats which is very unhygienic. We gave order before coming to hotel still was late in service. In 30 people if u cant serve then what kind of hotel it is. Serving half of main cource and second half after an hour is not management.

U dont buy cutlery in free I know but u took profit from us. I said about curtesy and its not related to business loss profit it is something owner shows to customers to build a relationship. Sir the discount you gave was corporate discount every hotel gives it nothing out of box 5800 somethig u took and 200 rupees discount is not courteously courteous sir. Your ego speaks in below reply not a business man

If u accept things and improve it its great else arguing is not a solution

I came a month back first time i remeber we were 5 persons and u have more 3 persons in resturant same late and your chef took too much time still i gave second chance but food was frozen food, all 10 of us didn't like it and said this resturant...

I don’t really like giving bad reviews. But- Below average food. Overpriced (as much as upscale places) Uncooperative staff Regular water not available?!?! (What?)

So, we checked into this cool looking place to have a nice Sunday brunch (:

It looked fine, cool. A beautiful location. And has nice window view.

Then I opened the menu to find things overpriced. Then the waiter says that quite many items are not available. Alright. We ordered paneer65. And the paneer is sour.

Then I check the reviews and regret. Even the owner goes defending the place against every bad review instead of accepting the faults.

Then there’s no regular water available and the waiter says that regular water is “not good”. Then I wonder what the food is prepared from!?!

The main course arrives. The steam rice is ₹90 for a meagre quantity. I have been to places. And this is actually expensive here.

I changed the fork despite initial resistance from the waiter. It was unclean.

Then there’s the dal. Undercooked. Okay.

And the mixed veg curry. Again undercooked. The vegetables are raw.

When we complain, the waiter gives vague excuses. we still wait for some action.

And now we had to leave the food. ),:

Finally, kudos to the owner for the ambience. But sadly a restaurant is more about the food.

As per ambiance it's very nice .And starters from Chinese corner is well tasty .But Indian main course was not upto mark.Garlic naan was good.Overall I liked it for hangouts only.This was till the 1st visit.Now hear about 2nd visit.Had preordered the starters before going to the restaurant at 12:30 and reached around 12:50 but none cook was aware about the preorder and they served started afrer 1:30 and starters were served one after other I mean we already finished one started and were waiting for the next.We got our main course after 2PM and the order for veg menu (chowmin and veg Manchurian)was give at the first which was served at last.And by mistake a cold drink glass fell off and broke and they had charged Rs.200 for that too.They had a discounted bill after a request.Seriouly really fed up with the service this time.No doubt will get a good...
