Please avoid if you don't want to spoil your mood and pay.

Edit 16-May-24. We visited for the third time with our family guests and there was a new manager whonwas more rude, adamant and ill mannered. He didn't keep track of what was served and when we asked about the remaining orders, he was like mad and furious and started unnecessary arguments.

It's a circus managed by a noob manager, who is incapable of managing 6 servers with 12-15 tables.

The manager doesn't have a customer friendly attitude  and on top of it all, he gives a damn about the customer grievances. He clearly stated "it's a daily routine thing and he doesn't care".

Really dissatisfied and disappointed.

The cashier is covering the manager's behaviour awith answer like we are having a lot of crowd.

I didn't see any one waiting in the queue for a table. Either people were going back or leaving the tables because of delay in taking orders and service. Even after 15 minutes wait, no one was coming to take orders.

Thought of giving your circus company a second chance, but to my dismay, this time it was more disastrous than my 31-Jan visit.

Your men's toilet, has no toilet seat, no jet, no water in the flush. Felt like puking on the lawn. It's hardly 2.5 months, and this is the situation. In 15 days also, it was not repaired.

On your dining table spiders are crawling, with cobwebs around the sitting area. Attaching images and videos.

If you can't give your best and 100% to run a restaurant, Plz shut down, don't make us feel cheated and stop playing with our emotions. We come to relax and enjoy food in a good ambience, not to watch a bunch of jokers doing their act on their wish and to make us shout or yell on them.

Food is above average. Need to add veg tandoori options. Your waiter/manager/servers need to listen to the customer demands. Can't play like jokers on their own...

Dhaba OD15 enjoys a prime location on the national highway, making it very convenient for travelers. The place has good aesthetics and a nice atmosphere, especially with the rooftop that looks beautiful from outside. However, the management needs to pay more attention to cleanliness and maintenance. The rooftop area, though attractive, was unhygienic with visible insects, which made the experience unpleasant. The service was disappointing, lacking promptness, professionalism, and sincerity. In terms of food, the taste is average—not bad but not exceptional either. Considering the pricing, the value for money could be improved, as the quality of service and taste do not fully justify the cost. That said, the ground floor seating is relatively better maintained and can be a preferable choice compared to the rooftop.
