Dear Management,

I recently revised my rating from 5 stars to 1 after dining at River (formerly Faltu Restaurant) on October 30th around 9:30 PM. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, with flavorful Veg Biryani, Veg Fried Rice, and Mushroom Masala. The ambiance at Jobra Durga Mandap added to the meal's enjoyment.

However, there were some areas where improvement would enhance the experience. The AC was not functional, which affected comfort, and there seemed to be limited service staff available, with the owner personally serving the food. Additionally, we weren’t provided with an app or digital bill breakdown, making it challenging to verify individual charges.

Despite these issues, River is worth visiting for its delicious food. A great spot in Cuttack, with room to improve in comfort, staffing, and billing transparency.

The Mutton kasaa through Zomato I had ordered for was I can say the worst I have eaten. Mutton was not fresh, was hard and smelling too. The pieces in it were I don't think eatable for humans. One of the two pieces came out to be a hard charbi which confirmed that mutton in my order was not fresh. I have ordered for Mutton n Chicken combos wherein Tawa Rotis were supposed to be given but on opening the packet one came out to be of 3 Tandoor rotis. The chicken in Chicken Kasaa was also not upto the mark. It's gravy was kind of smelling rotten.I'm very much disappointed with the order. I'm not going to order from this restaurant anymore.
