I recently dined at Biggies Burger and had a mixed experience. The American chicken cheese burger was undoubtedly a highlight of the meal. It was flavorful, with a juicy chicken patty and well-melted cheese. However, my enthusiasm was somewhat dampened by the "Chicken Beamer," which turned out to be rather average in taste and lacked the punch I expected.

My biggest concern, though, was the billing. I noticed that they charged separately for the cheese on the American chicken cheese burger. This struck me as a bit misleading, as I believe that when you name a burger "American chicken cheese burger," the price should include the cheese cost. It felt like a marketing tactic to make the initial price appear lower, but in the end, when you add the cheese cost, it turns out to be more expensive than advertised. This practice needs to be reconsidered for transparency's sake.

Additionally, I ordered four ketchup pouches but received only two. It's not about the small cost difference but rather about the overall customer experience. These seemingly minor issues can create a negative impression and deter customers from returning.

Furthermore, I think there should be better communication between the restaurant and its delivery staff regarding the order details and what the customer has paid for. This would ensure a smoother experience for customers who opt for delivery.

In conclusion, while Biggies Burger served up a delicious American chicken cheese burger, there are areas for improvement, such as pricing transparency and attention to order details, that would make the overall dining experience...

Staffs are not good in biggies, issue I am reporting for my Zomato delivery. Restaurant people have accepted my order and later they did some backend tricks and told me that, they haven't received any order from Zomato. Checked with Zomato, the executive said she was trying to convince but biggies forcefully cancelled the order. In app it was showing me that they have accepted and preparing the order, later when the Valet reached at the restaurant,they denied the order. Made me wait for 1 hour, noting less than one star here, otherwise I would have given that.

The ambience of the place certainly deserves a much better rating than a single star, but it's just the food that's just so horrible. After visiting all the outlets of the joint across Bhubaneswar and Cuttack, I still keep wondering if the burgers at Biggies are always meant to be so soggy, or it's specific to just these few outlets. Everytime I've had a burger by Biggies in the twin cities, I always get the feeling that a burger from a road side stall would taste way lot better.

Update: Now they have felt that most of the appreciable items need to be removed from the menu and replaced with items like Paratha and Chicken (which they call Quesadillas btw) and what not. One thing they have maintained is that they will certainly never fail to...
