KFC — Restaurant in Odisha

I had a really disappointing experience at this KFC outlet. Despite there being very few people in the store, the staff were inattentive and unprofessional. They didn’t bother to take orders proactively, and when they did, they added extra items without even checking with me. This shows a complete lack of concern for customer preferences.

I’ve visited other KFC outlets before and had a much better experience, but this particular location — especially the one at CTC — does not live up to the brand’s standards. On top of that, the washroom was extremely dirty and completely unusable for customers. It’s surprising and frustrating to see such poor maintenance from a reputed brand like KFC.

Just bland food. Chicken had no taste/flavour (I have had salads which are more flavourful than this) I had been waiting to eat kfc for so long but sadly it's disappointing. The chicken has no kick and the dish is completely sauce/ketchup dependent. Textures looked heavenly but the chicken peri peri strips and chicken popcorn were almost tasteless. May as well dip salted chips in ketchup to eat, there is more flavour in that. Zinger burger was okay, but the chicken in it was tasteless, the cheese sauce is what made it tolerable. It's just boiled and shreded chicken guys, depressing to know that the whole company is known to make good chicken. I hope that only this kfc branch is bad and the others are better, cuz if it's true for all, then the whole world has no taste buds...

It was horrible. the food was dry and the burger patties were cold. The staff hadn't paid any attention to the customers coming in, and only cared about closing down the shop fast so they could go home.
