Luminous Rooftop Cafe Restaurant & Sky Lounge — Restaurant in Odisha

Yesterday I had visited this place with my family and I m a permanent resident in Angul city. Wanted to share honest review. Please don't go with family,it's not a place for although looks like good ambiance. It's place for who wants to go for hooka or party and all. Their service is more focused on those category. Horrible food. Quality and quality is very very bad .Price is not nominal as per the food quality and quantity.its too high. waiting time is too much for the food it's worth less. Order also they are taking wrongly after telling so many times. I would request zomato and Swiggy to please remove the restaurant name from top rated 4.2 rated restaurant in the locality. Infant they should improve their improve their recepie specific for chilly items which are in main course...we are not first time eating garlic chicken and chicken Manchurian....full plate. They were just fried and given no bell paper,onion and other things which makes the dish little jucy and quality is very very very less for a full plate starter.i mean a full plate chicken Manchurian can eat a 3 year kid having very poor appetite not a fatty heavy eater kid. I will specific mention the quality and process of food preparation is very bad and quality is really worst as per price. Literally the full plate chicken Manchurian was not even a fill...

Ordered for 1- Manchow Soup mixed with fried noodles which was not cripsy, give it separately or top before serving. 2- Starter item Veg Patialata - which was okay. 3- Veg Platter - Manchurian & Paneer Item was not taste. 4- Chilly Chiken - asked to prepare with medium gravy (GRAVY), they just gave Chilly Chiken Jhola (Photo attached after eating 30/40 % Jhola). I never experienced such worst Chilly chiken anywhere. 5- Ordered 2 Lachha Paratha - they gave Naan like something. (Either Your Cook don’t know how to prepare Lachha Partha) Believe me, I never experienced such worst experience in any restaurant here in Angul City by spending 1k. No one is there to look after service, No Authorise Person to either listen or to take words seriously there. Atlast Someone came to me and tell me we give you 5% discount which is Rs.40 out of Rs.950 for Partha. Bro 2 Paratha costs Rs.90, I also didn’t eat, 1 Paratha I returned and 1 was on the plate. I didn’t ask you for Rs.40 discount after experiencing such worst service and food quality. Just Take the feedback seriously and positively & develop your service and prepare food dishes as like...

⚠️ Absolutely Disgusting & Fraudulent! ⚠️

I ordered Tawa Fish for ₹200 from this restaurant via Swiggy. The listing clearly showed two full-sized whole fish garnished with onions, lime, and chutney. But what I actually received was just two tiny, pathetic pieces of over-fried fish with a few burnt curry leaves — not even 10% of what was shown!

This is a shameless scam — blatant false advertising and daylight robbery. The fish pieces were dry, tasteless, and of horrible quality. Not only does this reflect zero value for money, but it also shows a complete lack of honesty and respect for customers.

I strongly warn others — DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY here. They are fooling customers with fake images and serving something entirely different.

Swiggy must take strict action against such vendors who are damaging trust in online food delivery. This place doesn’t deserve to be on the platform.
