OneBite — Restaurant in Odisha

The worst ever experience... One can't find easily whether it is open or not in the daytime who is going here for the first time. Firstly it was not welcoming. When we entered, the guy on the counter was not bothered, neither he greeted nor he gestured us to take a seat. He was busy with watching movie on the laptop by putting the restaurant speakers on. Only thing he did good was he just switched on the AC for us when he saw us already seated. He called me to place order at the counter, but it was okay.

Now coming to Food, After waiting for a half an hour long, they served chicken momo. So late service just for momo, I mean does it really take half an long to serve momo!!! However it was yummy. Then the Pizza: I got furious after seeing the dirty wooden plate which was never cleaned, you can see the never cleaned dried stains, I mean what is going on!!! They are serving pizza in a plate which was never cleaned before. I called up the the cook even he admitted that they served us in stained wooden plate, but they never felt sorry for this. They don't even have sympathy. I called up the Owner Mr. Mohanty, told me that they don't clean those plates, he offered to replace the Pizza. It is not about replacement Mr. Mohanty. Why can't you all understand the seriousness of the issue. Anyways I cancelled the Pizza and moved on to Pasta which was simply tasteless. The Pasta sauce was curdled, you can check in the photo. Finally after all this I can say food and service both was pathetic...

I will think twice before going this place again and never recommend to anyone. There are much better restaurants nearby. Remember the name 'OneBite'. Anything can happen after...

I recently visited Onebite, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. I tried a few dishes, including the momos, tandoori roti, mushroom, and rolls. Each dish was prepared well and tasted delicious.

The momos were perfectly steamed and had a flavorful filling that paired well with the dipping sauce. The tandoori roti was soft yet had that slightly crispy edge that is a must for any good Indian bread. The mushroom dish was savory and seasoned just right, making it a standout on the menu. Lastly, the rolls were fresh and satisfying, with a good balance of ingredients.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was welcoming and cozy, adding to the dining experience. The service was also commendable; the staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed.

A special mention goes to 😊Seela Sharma😊, who was working there. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism enhanced our visit.

We r krishna conscious we r very strictly said ur staff and she promised that she dont give onion garlic food we ordered veg berger without onion garlic and same ingredients on veg pizza but ur attender is very irresponsible she gave us chicken burger and pizza with onion it's very worst experience because we r a regular costumer and she knows us and she destroy our devotional rules its happened on Rourkela...
