I recently had the pleasure of dining at Punjabi Tadka in Markuna, and I can't praise this restaurant enough for the extraordinary culinary experience it offered.
From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting and culturally rich. The décor beautifully reflected the essence of Punjab, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was the perfect setting for a delightful meal.
The menu at Punjabi Tadka is a gastronomic adventure in itself. The array of dishes showcased the diversity and depth of Punjabi cuisine. I started with their signature appetizer, the Paneer Tikka. The soft, marinated paneer was grilled to perfection, bursting with flavors that danced on my taste buds.
For the main course, I opted for the Butter Chicken and Garlic Naan. The Butter Chicken was an absolute revelation. The creamy tomato-based sauce was rich and balanced, and the chicken was tender and succulent. Paired with the freshly baked Garlic Naan, it was a match made in culinary heaven.
What truly stood out was the impeccable service. The staff at Punjabi Tadka were attentive, knowledgeable, and passionate about the food they served. They took the time to explain the dishes and their origins, adding a personal touch to the dining experience.
To top off this extraordinary meal, I indulged in their Gulab Jamun dessert, which was a perfect sweet note to end the evening.
Punjabi Tadka at Markuna is more than just a restaurant; it's a journey through the vibrant and delectable world of Punjabi cuisine. Whether you're a seasoned fan of Indian food or new to the flavors of Punjab, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit. The authenticity, warmth, and unforgettable flavors make it a dining experience that lingers in your memory. I can't wait to return for another mouthwatering adventure at...

Requested to serve Egg Masala without oil by saying that ii was not feeling well( having cough, )
Received egg masala with too much oil, though i requested them to make without oil, later they filtered the floating oil, by saying that it's oil from Masala and they said it's not possible to make without oil, i replied that, if that is the case i would have cancelled my order, i again requested them to cancel the order and make a new one with out oil, they suggested me to have the eggs which were not oily and leave the gravy part which is oily because they have made bill.
It will be helpful if the restaurant provides the details regarding the brands of the butter and oil which they were using, that will help customers to decide which kind of food they would like to have.
