Tapioca Multi Cuisine Restaurant ( A unit of Utkal Heritage ) — Restaurant in Odisha

The environment is really good its seems more like a cafe then restaurant, it's a perfect place to grab a coffee and and work on your start up type environment. Service is really good, I'm pleased with it. I ordered Crispy Burgers and sandwiches recently and the taste and quality of orders were similar to which I order in any metropolitan city. But this restaurant is still relatively new and most of the businesses have a good initial impression but as the time goes business cut prices and reduce standards for profit as the popularity increases, so I'll be looking forward to visit this place more often but if in future they decrease the taste and quality standards I'll be disappointed. But on good note it's a banger place to visit highly recommended for a visit, quality food and drinks, good service and a startup like environment what else...

Again worst ever experience by Tapioca. Multi cuisine- multiple time worst experience. This time ordered Paneer butter masala and Chicken fried rice. They served Half cooked spicy Paneer dish saying that this is paneer butter masala. Veg fried rice was served in place of chicken fried rice and on complaining they just put some chicken pieces quoting it as Chicken fried rice. Stop fooling customers Tapioca. On complaint also to manager, they dont attend or listen to customer's grievance and pretend as if nothing has happened. Only ambience will not fulfill your appetite. So think twice before you step into Tapioca, you might be Cheated.Will never ever visit...

This place is having a nice ambiance and with some of the nice employees. I visited there with my family and we were filled out with the delicious dishes and service whether a child or elder person everyone loves the taste.

Quantity is good for most of the items. Price is the best in town. Whether you compare with any good restaurants near it or in Jharsuguda area also. Service time is Ok Ok. Service Quality is fantastic.

Overall it’s worth to visit and have a great time there.
