I recently visited this place, and while I’ll admit the ambience was quite pleasant—modern decor, cozy lighting, and an overall inviting atmosphere—that’s unfortunately where the positives end. The service was, without a doubt, one of the worst I’ve experienced in a long time.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. We were left waiting far too long without any acknowledgment, and when we were finally attended to, the staff seemed disinterested and untrained. Basic courtesies were missing, and any requests we made felt like a burden to them.

Food and drink orders were delayed significantly, and when they finally arrived, there were multiple errors. Even after pointing them out, the issues were not corrected promptly or with any sense of urgency. It felt as though the staff had no interest in rectifying the problems or making our visit enjoyable.

It's genuinely disappointing because the potential of the place is obvious—it looks great and could be a wonderful spot if the management invested more in service training and operational efficiency.

Sadly, based on this experience, I would not recommend this establishment to others. No matter how nice a place looks, if the service is consistently poor, it ruins the entire experience. I hope they take feedback seriously and work on improving, but as of now, I will not...
