I recently visited uma dhaba with high hopes, but unfortunately the service fell short of my expectations. The server was slow to take our order and seemed to be more interested in chatting with coworkers than attending to our table. When our food arrived, it was not cooked to our specified request, and we had to flag down the server for corrections. While the food quality was good, the overall experience was marred by the poor service.
