Service has improved a lot. Food has been consistently grear and high quality. Better than most restaurants in metro cities. Great items - chicken biryani, lollipop, paneer taipan, sizzling brownie, hot chocolate.
Hygiene is good..havenβt had any stomach issues after eating or order from here.

The rudest and most disrespectful hotel staff I have ever seen.
When a party of 10 people has a reservation and tells you they have a reservation, you donβt argue with them and gaslight them or ask them to dial the number they called to verify.
You also donβt ask them to split up and sit in separate tables just because your restaurant has a βpolicyβ not to join tables. How is this even a policy? Especially when your hotel is empty.
We actually had to leave after wasting time arguing with the staff because they simply did not let us sit together.
You are not doing customers a favour by letting them sit and eat your food. But thatβs what the staff thinks they are doing.

And the owner of the company had a word with me and committed to provide compensation in my next order or dine-in. And requested me not to give any negative feedback on zomato or Google.
