We had tasty homely food. Less spicy food helped us to enjoy the journey. Parcel packing kept the food intact and also hot. Suggest you not to keep fast food in future also. Add items like Dal batti, bhakari, curd rice (with light wagar), etc. Keep small gifts like small tricolour flags, etc. in food boxes on national festivals. Wish to increase your branches at various places in India.

I was on the journey with my mother and it was the first time when we didn't bring the dinner with us. I was worried if we'll get hygeinic, healthy and good food on train. After searching, I finally came across Guptaji Hotel via IRCTC E-Catering app. After checking the reviews on Google, I was convinced to place the order here but was still doubtful.. however.. as I read.. Guptaji never disappoints anyone and I was so happy to see the perfect packaging having everything a person requires while traveling. And the food... It was mind blowing... So fresh and good quality... Felt like a home meal. I really wish and encourage Gupta ji and staff to keep up such good services online and offline as well.. people like me cares a lot about such places and services. Wish you the...

Best food and exceptional delivery service!

First, a huge thanks to the delivery guy! My train arrived early, and I accidentally fell asleep, but he called me 5 times to ensure I got my food, even coming directly to my seat when I didn’t answer. This level of dedication is truly impressive!

I travel frequently by train, but I’ve never had food this delicious before! It felt like a home-cooked meal. The lassi was perfectly sweet and refreshing, the curd tasted homemade and rich, and the paneer pulao was simply outstanding. Every dish was fresh and full of flavor.

I highly recommend Hotel Guptaji to anyone looking for a memorable, delicious meal. I will definitely be ordering...

I recently ordered Jain food from Hotel Guptaji, Palanpur through the IRCTC eCatering app while traveling from Abu Road to Borivali, and I’m thoroughly impressed. The delivery was timely, right at my seat, and the food was 100% Jain-compliant—no onion, garlic, or root vegetables, just pure and tasty food.

The sabzi, dal, and rotis were fresh and flavorful, and the packaging was secure and hygienic—perfect for a train journey. It's not easy to find good Jain food while traveling, but Guptaji's made it convenient and satisfying. A big thumbs-up for both quality and service!
