Ambiance: Delhi Zaika Khaima offers an inviting ambiance that beautifully blends traditional Indian décor with modern elements. The spacious layout, adorned with rich colors and intricate patterns, creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The soft lighting and comfortable seating make it an ideal place for both intimate dinners and large gatherings.
Service: The service at Delhi Zaika Khaima is commendable. The staff is attentive, courteous, and well-informed about the menu. From the moment we entered, we were greeted with warm smiles and promptly seated. The servers were quick to take our orders and offered helpful suggestions based on our preferences. Our meals were served in a timely manner, and the staff frequently checked in to ensure we were satisfied.
Food: The highlight of Delhi Zaika Khaima is undoubtedly its food. The menu offers a wide range of traditional Indian dishes, each prepared with authentic flavors and high-quality ingredients.
Starters: We began our meal with the Tandoori Chicken and Paneer Tikka. The Tandoori Chicken was succulent and well-marinated, with a perfect blend of spices. The Paneer Tikka was equally delightful, with soft, melt-in-the-mouth paneer cubes grilled to perfection. Main Course: For the main course, we opted for the Butter Chicken and Rogan Josh, accompanied by Garlic Naan and Jeera Rice. The Butter Chicken was rich and creamy, with tender pieces of chicken simmered in a luscious tomato-based sauce. The Rogan Josh, a Kashmiri specialty, was flavorful and aromatic, with tender lamb cooked in a fragrant gravy. Breads and Rice: The Garlic Naan was soft and buttery, with a perfect hint of garlic, while the Jeera Rice was fluffy and fragrant. Desserts: We concluded our meal with Gulab Jamun and Kulfi. The Gulab Jamun was warm and syrupy, a perfect end to the meal. The Kulfi, a traditional Indian ice cream, was creamy and refreshing, with a subtle hint of cardamom. Price: The prices at Delhi Zaika Khaima are reasonable, considering the quality and quantity of the food. The portion sizes are generous, making it great value for money. The restaurant also offers a variety of dishes to suit different budgets, making it accessible to a wide range of diners.
Overall Experience: Delhi Zaika Khaima delivers a delightful dining experience with its authentic Indian cuisine, excellent service, and inviting ambiance. It’s a great place for anyone looking to enjoy traditional Indian flavors in a comfortable setting. While there is always room for improvement, particularly in terms of waiting times during peak hours, the overall experience is highly satisfying. I would highly recommend Delhi Zaika Khaima to anyone looking to indulge in a true...
Read moreI visited Delhi Zaika on Saturday, August 7, 2023. I visited a location in Taloja. The buffet is only accessible after 8 p.m. I would always suggested dont be tempted by instagram reel . They never paint the real picture . It was really busy when I arrived at around 9.30 p.m., and it took more than 50 minutes to secure a table. There were 8 appetisers, 1 soup, and 3 dishes along with dessert for the main meal. After finishing the starter, I don't think you'll have any room left for the main course. Lot of groups show up so expect large wait times . Buffet costs 549 rupees, and water costs 29 rupees, while a minimum 1 litre of cold beverage is 65 rupees. this is over 25 rupees more. Both the meal and the ambiance were excellent.
If you have a lot of time to wait, the food and atmosphere are both good. To use the buffet, a minimum of 2 persons needs to show up.
Also disappointed I found hair in the soup while having it ..I feel more care should be taken.. I haven't seen how the kitchen looks from inside, but I feel management should look into this also.
The management, in my opinion, needs to do better to provide the food on time. A lot of time was wasted waiting.I just observed waiters making their way from the kitchen to the tables. Having a dedicated staff member deal with orders and deliver them will result in a quicker turnaround. Putting into practice certain policies will also reduce food waste. I was also told that due to roof leaks, the outdoor seating was not usable.
Overall, food is not too bad . But is it worth the large wait time and considering if your not close to taloga, you definitely need a vehicle to reach this place..it is quite remote from what I felt .I can...
Read moreWe have been having DZ for last 5 to 6 yrs and as always the food was amazing... Even after shifting to kharghar used to visit DZ in Mumbai for dine-in or take home... So when heard that DZ opening its branch kharghar/taloja was veeeeeryyy happy. Finally went there last night and bingo its the same lip smacking ... Finger licking food.. The resturant and sitting area is cozy n comfortable. We opted for a seperate room with dastarkhwan. They have to work on service though. We had ordered.. Tikka platter 10/10. Koliwada prawns 2/10(would not recommend sea food here, personal opinion) Tandoori naan 10/10 (can eat these naans whole day) Chiken peshawari 10/10 Roasted Almond ice cream 7/10 Turkish pudding 6/10.
As its newly opened they are improving on certain aspects like service... Menu (waiters will be comming to you asking if they can take the menu, there's shortage.. Print karwalo bhai), All the items on menu (desserts) are not available but will be available after 01st Jan... Khana jab aaya to photo nikalne ka bhool gaye... Woh creamy... woh maska... Mast chiken..ooooo 🤤🤤🤤
Adding.... Review based on last 3 visits... Food quality and taste has drastically dropped. Hard to very hard chicken in gravies fees like eating chicken prepared a day or 2 before and it's happened on all our last 3 visits, when spoken about it's said it comes like this only and justification is given.. Not recommending any one to visit here. We have been visiting and ordering from DZ (in Mumbai) and know how the dishes tastes like. They are fooling people with low quality food here....
