I recently visited this Aishwarya Hotel, and I decided to try their Paper Masala Dosa and Medu Vada, two South Indian classics.

The Paper Masala Dosa was a standout. It was thin, crispy, and served golden brown, just as a perfect dosa should be. The portion was large, stretching across the plate, and the masala filling was flavorful with just the right amount of spice. The potato filling was well-cooked, with a balanced blend of spices and a subtle hint of tanginess from the onions and mustard seeds. Paired with coconut chutney and sambar, it was a satisfying experience that didn’t disappoint. The dosa was light and didn’t feel oily, which is always a plus.

As for the Medu Vada, it was fresh and crisp on the outside while soft and fluffy inside. The texture was on point, with the right amount of crunch. The vadas were perfectly seasoned with a hint of black pepper and cumin, which gave them an extra kick. When dipped into the accompanying chutney and sambar, the combination of flavors was delightful. They weren’t greasy and felt light, making them a great side to the dosa or even enjoyable on their own.

Overall, the food at Veg Hotel & Restaurant, especially the Paper Masala Dosa and Medu Vada, was delicious and authentic. Whether you’re a fan of South Indian cuisine or trying it for the first time, this place offers a satisfying meal. The quality of the dishes and the balance of flavors make it a must-visit for anyone craving traditional South Indian...

( Edited new) I would strongly advise against eating from this restaurant. The Sadi sabji is the worst I have ever tasted, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is also terrible. I made the mistake of ordering paneer makhanwala and when it was delivered, it was smelling absolutely awful. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with this restaurant - in the past, I ordered paneer biryani and it smelled like it had been taken straight from the dustbin. Overall, I would recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs. The food is subpar and the hygiene standards are clearly lacking. Don't take the risk of getting sick - stay away from this place. Old👇 Many time I have dine at aishwarya but not next time because everytime I get disappointed with the experience. The service was slow and inattentive, and the food was mediocre. The atmosphere was also not very pleasant, as it was very noisy and crowded. On festival days it is out of BOX . You have to wait for hourss to be seated.server took a long time to take my order I was not impressed with the food. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also not very enjoyable. There were a lot of large groups celebrating birthdays, and there were also a lot of families with young children. The restaurant was very loud and chaotic, and it was difficult to have a conversation. And especially pls don't try...

I had disappointed due to recent experience. I had took food parcel for dinner. We placed order of veg manchow soup, Tiranga special veg, veg hyderabadi biryani and roti. The soup was too salty. There was nothing special in Tiranga special sabji as it was lacking freshness and very less salt. To our surprise we did not receive biryani in the food packet. When we called restaurant. Owner asked us to reconfirm if biryani is available in packet or not. Like we would lie for free biryani. When we offered to share the photos of food, he told to revisit restaurant to pickup the biryani. We told that we are middle of dinner and our home is quite away from hotel location. So we requested to deliver the remaining food. To which they told it will take more than 45 mins to deliver the parcel. Imagine this conversation is happening at 10.45 p.m and they were telling to wait till midnight for delivering remaining order. In frustration we asked them to refund amount of biryani from total order value. They simply told that they dont process refunds online and asked us to come to restaurant with bill copy. So basically they are ready to take online payments but not ready to process refunds online. Overall rating, poor service and poor...

Hotel Aishwarya is one of those local spots that’s decent for a quick, budget-friendly meal but nothing too fancy. The menu has a mix of Indian, Chinese, and tandoor items, so you’ll usually find something to suit everyone. I tried their chicken handi with butter naan—taste was okay, a bit oily but flavorful enough. Portion sizes are good for the price. The ambience is basic—bright lights, standard seating, and a bit noisy during peak hours. It’s more of a casual dining place than somewhere you’d go for a special occasion. Service is average; the staff are polite but not particularly quick, so expect to wait a bit if the place is busy. Hygiene is okay for a local restaurant—tables are cleaned, but the overall upkeep could be better. Prices are reasonable, and it’s a convenient option if you’re in the area and just want a filling meal without spending much. Overall, Hotel Aishwarya is fine for a casual lunch or dinner with friends or family, but not a “must-visit” spot. It’s all about convenience and affordability rather than a memorable dining experience.
