I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Guru Kripa in Panvel, Mumbai, Maharashtra, and would like to share my experience through this review. While my stay had its pros and cons, it provided an overall satisfactory experience.

Expensive!!!

I have been visiting Hotel Guru Krupa since last many years and am always happy with the quality of food though not very great... The restaurant has an advantage of locatation as it's located near biggest Steel Market of Mumbai and very close to the start of Mumbai - Pune Express Way!

But, in recent times, I have noticed that the prices have been increased multi fold or I could have never noticed the prices during the recent visits... But, I think the management has to rethink about the same and keep the prices in line with the other hotels of a similar grade. Probably the the location advantage has made the management to take the disadvantage in terms of prices. I had started preferring Guru Krupa Restaurant over the other restaurants located at Khalapur Food Mall, located on Express Way, but I think I may have to rethink of my decision and gp for multi fold options available at Food Mall at a...

I had a terrible experience with Hotel Gurukrupa Heritage. I initially visited to book a room for my guest and was quoted ₹1500 for an AC room, which I agreed to pay. However, the staff asked me to pay when my guest arrived.

To my surprise, when my guest arrived, the reception staff had changed, and the new person was extremely rude and unprofessional. They refused to provide the agreed room and instead offered a non-AC room for an outrageous ₹1800 for just two hours.

Despite asking for a responsible person to escalate the matter, no one took accountability. This lack of professionalism and unethical pricing makes it clear that this hotel does not value its customers.
