Spice Club Fine Dine and Restaurant — Restaurant in Panvel

The restaurant staff behaviour says that they don't need customers & they are too successful to treat the customer in the right way. Absolutely rude and pathetic. They don't value customer and customer feedbacks from them is time waste. They are charging over and above the Menu card and now since months they are not able to print a new menu card in case of a price change is so weird. On top of that the restaurant attendant/owner/manager says that he does not have time to talk or discuss over customer feedbacks or concerns. He literally said "Mere paas itna time nahi hai so aapko Jo karna hai kar lo". Means seriously, it's a dining restaurant or a place where you get insulted?? The worst...

"Pathetic Service – Served Kaju Mutter Without Mutter!"

Absolutely pathetic experience. I ordered Kaju Mutter for parcel, waited for 35 minutes, and when I got home, I opened the box to find no Mutter in the Kaju Mutter sabji! Just kaju floating in gravy. Seriously?

This is basic attention to order accuracy, and they couldn’t even get that right after making me wait for over half an hour. No quality control, no care for customers.

Horrible service. Strongly NOT recommending this place to anyone. Total...

Quality and Quantity was good for the ordered food.... But the service was worst. If you are not buying mineral water then they will not serve normal water at all untill you remind them. And if you take normal water they will serve it in Plastic cup and for mineral water they will serve in Good quality glass...

Recommending if you want to have a food then take water from home as they are busy in other customer who orders...
