The Belgian Waffle Co — Restaurant in Panvel

We regularly consume waffle ideally 1 to 2 a week as my daughter loves it, normally we go to Kharghar & Kamothe outlet. However recently we had a chance to visit Kalmboli branch as it is the closest one from our home.

We ordered 2 waffle honey butter & Belgium dark chocolate, first they took order 7 - 8 minutes later our arrival, there not much of a rush 3 people were waiting.

In-between they served order to other people who came after us, later we realise those people were known to the person who had served waffle to them.

Anyways we had a waiting time of approx 20minutes, when our order came it was noticed that waffle came with a milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate. It was highlighted to them & one waffle was returned. After two minutes he came to us & told can you take this waffle instead of dark choclate to which my daughter refused as she loves dark cholcate only. Then he told that it will take 20 min 🙄 , we asked why will it take that long as there were no orders then he said aisa hi hey & responded arogently. We stand our ground saying we want what we ordered for else asked for refund. Later they served waffle to us & same was soo soggy & not made properly. Had wasted almost 60 min for this.

Will never visit this place again as staff is very arrogant & inefficient shall keep enjoying waffle but at...

Very worst service,worst behaviour of staff,mismanagement,we can understand on waffle day there must be rush,but atleast they should do booking fast,they are like tortoise ,only want to gather public . I was in line from 7:20 PM,and my number for booking came at 20:45 PM. After reaching counter they told dilivery will be at 00:00 AM. At least they should give this information at entrence. Manpower also less. In life I will not recommend...

Bought waffles from store. They made us wait 45 mins saying they have huge order backlog (which is fine), but even after waiting we got soggy waffles to eat. When we approached, the cooks said whenever there is large number of orders with them only soggy waffles can be given. Malls usually have far more orders, but there I have never faced any issues. Not only were the cooks here unprofessional, they don't even know how to cook...
