PATHAYAM RESTAURANT — Restaurant in undefined

We had stayed in the Mount View Resort, 7 km from this restaurant. There is no restaurant in the resort and they gave phone number of this restaurant. We ordered chicken biryani for lunch. The Biriyani was not good and the chicken was rubbery. Honey Chicken also was worst. We didn't have any other option as there's no other restaurant nearby. We mentioned the worst food quality to the restaurant and they apologised and said they will correct it. For night dinner we ordered by 7pm and got only after 8.30 pm. And, the food is worst again. We didn't eat anything and just disposed. For the kid we gave some snacks. When mentioned the same to the reception they mentioned this is the first time they are hearing this complaint. I am really surprised by their reply. Either they are lying or only inebriated people come to the resort and they don't mind the food quality. The quality of the food is worst and we are surprised how they got so many 4 and 5 stars. Even though this restaurant was not on our way, we wanted to come here and see the place in person and pass on this feedback. But then we decided we have already wasted our health, time and money for this restaurant twice (lunch and dinner) and didn't want to waste anymore and hence didn't...

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this hotel. While ambiance is important, it's not the only factor when you're paying for a meal. As a customer, I expect the food to not only taste good but also be served in a hygienic manner.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by the unhygienic serving of food. We ordered the chicken biryani, but to our horror, we found feathers in our meal! This is unacceptable and a clear lapse in the hotel's responsibility to serve clean and hygienic food.

As a paying customer, I believe it's the hotel's duty to ensure that the food served meets basic standards of hygiene and quality. We didn't haggle over the price, and it's only fair that the hotel delivers on its promise of a good dining experience.

One of the best family restaurant near our place, and I must say it was a pleasant experience. Despite being a small place, they have done a great job arranging the restaurant and creating a nice ambience. The restaurant offers a variety of tasty foods, with a focus on Arabic and Chinese.

One of the highlights of my visit was their Arabic rice dishes Mandi/Zurbiyani. They were flavorful and well-prepared, leaving me satisfied. Another standout item was their Al Fahm chicken, which was delicious and perfectly cooked. The restaurant also has a small counter where they serve fresh milk tea, which was a delightful treat for a tea lover like me.
