I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experiences at Aneja Sweets in Urban Estate, Patiala. As a regular customer, it pains me to report that the level of service and customer care has significantly deteriorated. The staff's behavior has become increasingly arrogant, and they appear more engrossed in their mobile devices than in attending to customers.

One particularly unpleasant encounter was with the person manning the billing counter at the restaurant upstairs. His attitude was exceptionally rude, giving the impression that they were doing customers a favor rather than providing a service.

Prompt responsiveness to customer needs seems to be lacking, leading to unacceptable delays in service. What's more, the food served is often cold, which can be directly attributed to the staff's apparent distraction with their mobile phones.

I have been a loyal patron of this establishment for some time, but the inappropriate behavior and consistently delayed service have forced me to reconsider my patronage. Aneja is my all time favourite restaurant because of delicious foodstuffs and drinks. The interior decoration is simply gorgeous. Besides, the ground floor can park more than 50 cars. It also has a large playground for children. The Aneja restaurant offers several dishes including continental menus, South indian, Punjabi, north Indian, and local menus on top of the delightful exotic desserts. Not to mention, the prices are reasonable and the food is served reasonably quickly. The restaurant serves mainly breakfast and lunch meals. I've generally preferred Aneja over other sweets shops in Patiala, primarily because the quality was good and the price was value for money. That isn't the case anymore as the price is at par with the other sweets shops now.

The staff is another issue. The reception desk, the staff behind the counters etc are all quite nasty. They don't smile back, won't listen to you or your requests, take forever to pack your stuff and are generally demotivated.
