I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at your Urban Estate Phase 2 Boston Special location.
The staff, particularly Pardeep, displayed unprofessional and rude behavior. There was an unacceptable delay in processing my order. I chose to cancel the order from my side due to the delay. However, despite the cancellation, the cancelled item was still added to my bill, and I was charged for it.
This experience was highly disappointing and not what I expect from a reputable establishment. I request a prompt resolution, including:

This branch of Boston & Co is nowhere near the standard of their Mohali outlets. The staff was unprofessional and seemed disinterested in basic service. I ordered a cold coffee, but to my surprise, it was served without any ice — definitely not what you expect when you ask for a cold beverage.
