Domino's Pizza | Ghuman Nagar, Patiala — Restaurant in Patiala

I have ordered domino's food from zomato, for some reason zomato was not able to deliver it to me but they updated the same to the domino's so domino's send their own delievery guy to deliver but delievery guy reached to me after 45 mintues later after delivering all the orders which were far from the this domino's branch whereas my home was the nearest one if we compare from the other orders. They provided me cold food and I have waited so long for this order and in return i got this pathetic service by this domino's branch. I ordered a pizza and the Sirhind road outlet accepted order along with payment. Then delivery man phone me to take the delivery from 1km far away as he refused to deliver order. When I asked why Domino’s accepted order,he started speaking rudely and in threatening tone. Are service outlets run like this? One of the worst Domino’s outlet. Highly unprofessional staff, including Manager of the outlet. Ordered pizza from this place and delivery person was just roaming around Patiala but didn’t bother delivering and didn’t pick the call either. When I called the Manager of the outlet, he was the same. Finally they delivered a cold pizza after 1 hour of follow up. When I called the manager again, he convinced me to accept the cold pizza and didn’t bother fixing the issue. Also they used some system loophole to show that pizza was delivered with in 30 minutes.
