Nagpal is very efficient, welcoming and popular. Because it is selling healthy and tasty pure-veg food at very affordable rates— a tandoori roti costs 7.

Over the years, a certain standard of quality and taste is preserved in its servings and rates are not unreasonably hiked like other places. That being said, I see a considerable difference between in-store prices and online prices listed on Swiggy and Zomato even after applying any discount coupons.

It is located at cross-section near Phawara Chowk, which is a very crowded area, so parking space is tight. During prime feeding hours of the day ( Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner ), securing a table here without delay is up to your luck as the store has about 10 tables.

Went to this famous Dhaba of Patiala twice for the dinner. It's a good place for having food - prefer dine-in instead of getting food delivered from this place. They are providing decent comfortable seating place for the diners. You have to wait for seats if going for dinner at late hours in weekend days. Had Paneer Butter Masala, Special Yellow Dal (Desi ghee tadka), Mushroom Masala, Mix Raita, Missi Roti and Tandoori Roti. All the items were so tasty and perfect on spices special mention for the Special Yellow Dal (Recommended) as you will get good taste yellow dal at very few places in Patiala. We ordered Shahi paneer, Tandoori and Missi Roti and food taste was just ok. Place has lack of cleanliness and was quite unhygienic.Taste of Shahi Paneer was very mind and not authentic Punjabi taste, only thing good was Tandoori Roti. Even the taste of missi tote was not good. We ordered Rajma Rice combo of 70/- but the Waited gave Rajma & Rice separately, Taste was also not very great, we get much better Rajma Rice in Delhi. After eating they changed 120/- for Rajma and Rice bcoz their waiter served in separate plates. Owner was not even ready to listen us, I big headed guy. All in all not very...
