Pizza Hut | VRC City Centre, Patiala — Restaurant in Patiala

I placed an online prepaid order for a pizza from Pizza Hut through Swiggy, but the order was never delivered. Shockingly, the delivery partner marked it as “delivered,” yet I received nothing. I have no idea what happened — whether the delivery agent kept it or something else went wrong — but this is extremely unprofessional.

I reached out to Swiggy support but did not receive a proper resolution. I lost both my money and time, and it’s deeply frustrating.

I request Swiggy and Pizza Hut to look into this seriously and issue a full refund immediately. This kind of service is...

Horrendous experience, nothing close to the standard one of expects from Pizza Hut. Lots of flies set a bad tone right at the start (no fly squasher installed). Card machine wasn’t working, we were asked to pay afterwards - and then our bill was exchanged with some other customer, we were asked to pay their bill instead and reversed the extra amount by cash! AC repair was ongoing in the middle of day.

Also, as seen in most other pizza huts there are massive cost cuts - paper cups for drinks, cheaper brand of ketchup and now no cutlery at any of the tables also! This...

Sorry guys to tell around don’t order online from them. This is the second time I ordered first time mistake I didn’t say anything but second same mistake. Not good at all. We ordered 4 servings of Wings 6 weeks ago at that time 3 wings are missing friends says it’s oky might be a mistake but today we order 2 servings again 2 wings are missing. That’s not cool at all.
