Today I visited this restaurant, and as I’m seated here writing this review, I feel disappointed by what I just witnessed. It was upsetting to see Swiggy and Zomato delivery riders being treated disrespectfully. Despite having plenty of empty seats, the staff told the riders to wait outside while their orders were being prepared.

Even the lady who took our dine-in order was quite arrogant and unprofessional. Basic respect should be shown to everyone — whether they’re customers or delivery partners working hard in all kinds of weather. This attitude really affects the restaurant’s image and overall experience.

Very bad experience. They sent wrong items and very cold in this winter season. If I raised issues with them they are not willing to accept their mistake and then I sent them clips of food before take it and also sent delivery boy who don't have they insulated bag .
