Worst experience ever….completely waste of money. Celebrated my wife’s birthday, booked the place for 17 people on buffet basis but I think the owner did not know the meaning of buffet because they serve the food like we were on A-La-Carte, the food was raw, salty, tasteless full of onions. As it was pre booked I was told that decorations and cake will be complementary but a day before the owner charged me for the decoration which was not good at all and according to them it was a heavy decoration, then on the event day I was told that cake cannot be arranged as we are not having enough staff to bring it from the bakery. And when I told her in the morning to cut the two members coz they can’t make it I got the answer, sorry Sir we have started preparing and we are not preparing for 17 members but 20-25 members in case the number exceeds but in the evening the food was not sufficient even for 10 members😊 I don’t know what was the problem as I had been there 3-4 times before but seriously after this I will never make a mistake going to Haveli 😃 and will not recommend anyone. As I was negotiating for the amount I was told that we have to give the invoice as it is mandatory from the government and till date more than a week I did not receive the invoice after continuous reminders. Visited this place with friends for dine in on their rooftop restaurant. The ambience is simple and clean, nothing too fancy. I had ordered Masala Papad, Achari Paneer Tikka, Veg drums of heaven in the starters and Paneer Lababdar, Dal Tadka and cheese chilli garlic naan in main course.

Masala Papad was served oily and the masala had peanuts in it which I had never seen anywhere else and it’s something I do not prefer.

Achari Paneer Tikka was delicious, although chutney wasn’t served with it. They took almost 10 minutes to provide us green chutney after they had served the dish. The tomato and capsicum pieces had a lot of vinegar here.

Veg drums of heaven was my favourite of all. A MUST TRY! A combination of fried bread with cheese and chilly served with salsa.

Paneer Lababdar had a tangy taste to it, but was delicious. The paneer pieces were soft and fresh. Dal tadka was also upto the mark.

Overall, I was satisfied with the taste and portion size of the food. The only disappointment was the service, no chutney was served with starters. Took long to provide us with spoons after repeatedly asking them for it after the dinner was served. No glasses or tissues were provided. There’s a huge scope of improvement in the service section.

Poor hospitality. I went along with my husband here for dinner. There was a party going on at their ground floor. A lady came to guide us for seats for the roof top seatings. When we went up the seats were all wet due to light rains but we were still fine with it as the view and the vibe was mesmerising. We asked them to clean the table after a long wait for assistance . There was a loud family sitting near by and they were given an umbrella for covering their table from the rain. We asked them for the same and they refused saying they have just one umbrella. We came before two other families, yet we were provided with the table mats and table ware far after them. Finally we placed our order and after 10 minutes the waiter comes and informs they don’t have what we ordered. Only when we were trying to amend our order the family that I mentioned was loud started calling to him which was disturbing and annoying, not understanding that we were talking to him. And the waiter left the table in half conversation to attend him. It was indeed rude and frustrating. My husband and I couldn’t take it and left the place immediately. When we came down stairs the lady enquired what happened, we explained her yet she did not persist us on staying and addressing the issue. Overall a terrible experience and would never...
