Unsafe and unhygienic food practices – must be inspected by authorities!
I visited this hotel with my family on 06/10/2025 around 10 PM, while travelling from Bhuvanagiri to Chennai. We ordered a few vegetarian dishes including Schezwan Noodles and Mushroom Fry. The food was unnaturally red and extremely spicy. When I met the chef to give feedback, I personally witnessed him adding a large amount of red food colour to another dish — far beyond safe usage.
When I questioned the staff, they confidently said “all hotels use it” and claimed it was legal. They even refused to show their Food Safety licence, which raised serious concerns about their compliance.
The kitchen hygiene was very poor — walls blackened from years of cooking smoke, ceiling full of spider webs, and uncovered sweets kept near the highway dust.
I have reported this to the Food Safety Department of Puducherry for further inspection. I strongly advise families and travellers to avoid this place until proper hygiene and safety measures...

The food what they are providing us not worth we are going to pay. Tastes very bad here. Packing the food here needs more attention. When we ask for some extra sambar or chutney they will behave like we are asking 50% profit from their daily return. Not at all customer friendly. Definitely won't recommend to anyone.
