KFC — Restaurant in Puducherry

I placed an order on Swiggy for 4 pieces of KFC wings for Rs. 248 and 2 chicken burgers with french fries. However, a minute after placing the order, I received a call from a Swiggy agent informing me that popcorn was not available and that they only had one chicken wing. I agreed to go ahead with the order anyway.

But upon delivery, I was given a KFC large popcorn worth Rs. 148 instead of the chicken wings I had ordered. The delivery partner insisted that I had ordered a chicken wings and chicken popcorn, and that the KFC agent had informed him to deliver both. However, I clearly stated that I had only ordered chicken wings and 2 burgers with coke, and not a chicken larger popcorn..

The delivery partner then asked to check my mobile to confirm the order, but even after doing so, he still handed me the chicken large popcorn and coke. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed with the false information provided by the KFC centre and Swiggy agent, as well as the delivery partner who collected money for the wrong order.

Hi, I would like to highlight my worst experience faced at your pondy Reddiarpalayam outlet. During my last visit to the outlet they didn't provide me any bill. When I asked for my bill they provided an old bill of the same amount with different customer details. This time I placed the orde through your app. But received the wrong items and missing items. Went to the outlet second time and informed them. But again some items were missing. The outlet is crowded much. They were informing the customers to wait for 1hour just to place the order. If you people are not capable to handle crowd, then please don't continue the offers. Don't spoil the brand's name by serving wrong products with poor quality.
