Amrut Bhel — Restaurant in Pune

Third class...... Nanded city branch amrut bhel.. Please do not visit, very rude service, that lady was very rude, they don't even know how to handle a customer. And the quality was also very poor. I repeat do not visit this branch.

I asked for matki bhel she served me normal bhel adding and added 1 2 pieces of matki, then I asked her, I was not expecting this kind of bhel, can you please make this bhel as oli bhel, I will pay extra money for that, not asking for free, she told me we don't modify the bhel once served, they are running food business and don't want to listen customer's choice, everyone's choice is not like yours. Very rude and dont even know, how to...

Good food however it is costlier than the market price. But definitely need to improve on being more customer friendly. They accept UPI payment only above INR 100/- . Scope of improvement in behavior towards customer as well. Also, it is located on a busy street, so parking can also be an issue. But I have been a regular customer here since the past 12 years. So I would definitely recommend it. But make sure you carry cash as they are not yet digitally...

Worst Branch Outside Nanded City!

Horrible Service and Extremely Pathetic and Disappointing Experience

There Quality has dropped over the years and they staff outside Nanded City Branch has become Rude and Arrogant

The Owner herself is not concerned

Also I saw that there area inside was very dirty who knows there might be cockroaches inside (I am not sure on that but its a strong possibility)

Plz avoid this branch
