Chinese Chopstick — Restaurant in Pune

I had high hopes for Chinese Chopstick as it has 4 star rating on zomato but my experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered Chinese from here and the quality was shockingly bad. The food is not good in taste and it was feeling like a boiled rice .The quantity which was served was not good. And the starter which was chicken chilly and crispy there was max 6 to 7 piece and was full of vegetables.the only good thing from this order was schezwan chutney and when we called the customer service was unresponsive and dismissive when I called to address the issues.the owner was not ready to accept this and was addressing us to share pics on zomato and ask for refund..I will not be ordering from here again. Worst service and quantity even the quality is not good when contacted the hotel that the food ordered does not have chicken the hotel owner keep saying will check the camera and started talking badwords and do whatever you can. Even the owner said that do whatever you can. If this the case then even zomato should not include such hotels.
