Dhonewada Restaurant — Restaurant in Pune

The food is not at all worth the price. The service is also extremely poor. I recently visited this place thinking it will serve authentic Maharashtrian thalis. However, none of the dishes mentioned in the menu were served to us.

The menu mentioned thali with chapati/ bhakri, whereas they served us tandoori roti providing an excuse. Moreover, sweet dish was not provided, instead they served us some random poor quality salad . How can dessert be substituted by salad? And if it is not available, why is it in the menu? And WHY ARE THEY CHARGING THE SAME PRICE FOR SERVING ONLY 25% of the food???

The rice they served didn’t look like it was freshly made. It was one of the worse rice I have ever had (not exaggerating).

One of the best hotel I visited post pandemic, the food quality is awesome 👌 the quantity can be little less than expected but is ok for the dinner, the ambiance is great, the sitting arrangement is good, the music in the background was soothing and the service was warm in an all great experience. One of the most wrost restaurant in pune. It tooks them more than 30 minutes to aerver thali and biryani. Staff is really impossible to come to table once they take order and you called them again to ask how much time it will take. It doesn’t matter if you play music in restaurant it matters how much time you take to prepare the food. Its like customer is nothing to staff and this hotel, staff only running from here and there without any reason 😀😂. Personal suggestion AVOID THOS USELESS RESTAURANT.
