Domino's Pizza | Budruk, Pune — Restaurant in Pune

They don't provide cheese spread properly reaching to the edge of pizza base on any pizza you buy from last 2 years. Many times I complained about it on email guestcaredominos, at the most they give 1 free pan pizza but its continued negligence on quality thing. It is quite frustrating complaining each and every time. When you charge fully and then why cheese spread is poor?? Saving money on it as well ??? The way cheese spread looks reaching to the edge of the pizza in your advertisement. You must abide by that or do change advertisement accordingly. 3 yrs back quality was good but it has deteriorated in general. What would you do when pizza is at your doorstep. would you file complaint or accept as is.

From last 2 months I see this store show up as closed on app while if you go there to collect pizza.. it is Up. This is pathetic and ridiculous. From last 12 years I am ordering to same store...

Very Bad Experience !! Staff behaviour is very Bad. Not a single staff was present at counter for taking orders. When I have asked one staff to take my order, he had refused to take order and told me that you have to give order online, we are not taking orders in shop. I have given my order online and waiting for my order in store. After few minutes two ladies had come to store and given their order on counter. Now my question to Domino's is that why are you making partiality in two customers. Should we stop coming to your brand. We are paying you for not to make ourself insulted by you but for good service and quality food. I appreciate one thing that, you can observe your food while preparing from glass Window, but if I am not wrong I think there is only one counter for preparing Veg and Non Veg preparations. What a scam!.! I came here for a dine in, idk why dominoes doesn’t have QR code, the UPI was not working on all the apps, still somehow I managed to do the payment for my order using the link, and the amount got deducted from my account, but they were telling that the amount was not received in their system, they just showed me a loading screen, I showed them the message I received about the successful transaction, but the staff over there was also not helpful or guiding us, we had to leave just like that in the end, didn’t get to eat anything, the person on the counter told me that the amount would be refunded, but god knows when will I get the refund, or did I just got scammed, never expected such a thing from dominoes, where I specially came from far away just to have a treat, had to return...
