Disappointing Decline in Quality and Service. I've been a returning customer at Jagdamba, Shivapur, for quite some time, and previously, I had always enjoyed their good food at decent prices. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was a significant disappointment, marking a concerning decline in both value and quality. While I understand the pressures of inflation, the recent price increase combined with a noticeable decrease in quantity is frustrating. However, the biggest issue this time was the food itself. The mutton, which I've always enjoyed there, was incredibly tough and chewy – a far cry from their usual standards. What was even more upsetting was the complete lack of response from the staff. When I politely complained to the captain about the poor quality of the mutton, he offered absolutely no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. This level of indifference is unacceptable and a major letdown. Given the increased prices, reduced quantity, and now a significant drop in food quality coupled with poor customer service, I'm genuinely hesitant to return. Extreme rude behaviour of the servers. The first instruction given by them is THALI CANNOT BE SHARED. But no other details like they don’t serve jowar bhakri, no chapati only bajri bhakri and tandoor roti ( made with maida). Took 20 mins to give a bottle of drinking water that too room temperature water in summer. Took more than 30 mins to serve veg food. Being a Maharashtrian and from Pune there are many restaurant in Pune and in the same vicinity of the same restaurant there are many good restaurants which serves quality and proper thali food. Don’t wanna take any restaurant name as there is not for any other restaurant’s promotion. Clearly we could feel that this restaurant is running due to undue hype. As compared to other places the variety IS LESS in Spcl mutton thali. Mutton pieces are more of bone, hardly a fleshy piece, the taste has gone down. AND FOUND HAIR IN INDRAYANI RICE AND INSECT...

One humble request to the owners — please open a branch in Pune city! I’m sure every Punekar would agree. Travelling this far every time just to enjoy your delicious thali isn’t easy, but we still do it because it’s worth it. Having a branch in Pune would make countless food lovers incredibly happy.
