Satvik Only Veg — Restaurant in Pune

Never order food from this restaurant.This does not even deserve one star rating.The owner of the restaurant speaks in a very rude manner.I had ordered onion utappam.I got it after 45 mins.It was a home delivery.I paid the delivery person but when i opened the packet,there was almost no sambar in the packet.When i poured it into the bowl,it was not even one full bowl sambar.I called the restaurant.I said him about the issue.The person said "aisa nai hota".He was not ready to believe me.I asked him now what should i do and cant you send me some sambar.He was like aisa nai hota....nai bhej sakta The quality was not at all good.There was some taste of plastic in the chutney.Overall it was a very bad experience.This is not the first time.Even before this,such incidents have happened. Since navratra is on so I visited this place to have a quick bite in satvik , I found staff was very polite , ambience was great , owner I found lil bit arrogant . You guys can't be arrogant to your customers and we took Chinese food over here it taste superb 💖 everything had a great flavours in it I did feel like having veg would be better everytime if I get such tastes in Chinese food, I had manchurian noodles in which manchurian gravy and noodles we get.
