Trying different dishes here is really a worth here. Many may feel it's a bit costly, but I feel if you want quality and good food in a tasty well manared hygeinic way presented in front of you ready to eat then the cost is not that high. We Indians really have a tendency to compare neck to neck anything and we care only on the finances basis. For eg we might date to compare a BMW OR MERCEDES with a Maruti or tata saying it's cost effective, gives milage and saves me from sun and rain. But we don't care about the safety features, the comforts etc, so never mind it's not that high in price when taken in to account all the factors, is what I feel. The ambience is great. The indoor lights give a great feel in the ambience. It's truly spacious, the tables and chairs are well kept for your comfort and though it accommodates so many people at same time, still it feels sparcly populated. The dishes are awesome, you can try any dish you want you will get the original taste for it. They have a bar too. You can have almost all you want here. The bare caters to all. And an important thing is that you will definitely get a decent croud here round the clock. So you fell much more at comfort. The tables and chairs are well dressed and up to date. You feel fresh entering here. There is an arrangement for sitting outside also. The complete hotel is completely occupied with small and big trees and decorativez in the indoors and outdoor. There is a separate sitting arrangement here made inside for family and singles. As per their name they have really good dishes in the Chinese cusine. The owner Mr. Gautam is really nice man , looking after his business day in and day out from the view of his customers. He takes every bit to satisfy his customers in his business. He's very friendly and a well manared decent guy. There's ample amount of parking available for two and four wheels. Only in some peak hours you need to park your vehicle outside the allotted parking lot. But still you will get a Hassel free parking. Children enjoy here as the ambience is good. And you can carry out some small functions like a family get together or a small birthday party here. Over all nice place for foodiies and people who love...

We have been regular customer of Shangri-La but this time we have highlight this to restaurant the type of food we received. We have guests over dinner and we ordered panner tiika biryani (based on our previous experience) however it turned out to be disaster, my guests couldn't say much about the food, but when I tasted and realised how pathetic food it was, then they voiced out how bad the food was. We threw all food, paneer was stinking and because of which rice was all spoilt. I will attach the picture also for reference. If I could take a picture of spoilt or rotten or sour panneer I would have been doing it. But a picture cannot justify that. My evening was spoilt because of this. Instead of getting an apology or replacement or compensation, we have not heard anything back. I have tried to look for email of restaurant to iterate this, but it is not available anywhere. I ordered kadhai paneer, manchurian gravy,hakka noodle, and so called paratha... But at the name of paratha they gave tandori roti....refer image below....If the cook doesn't know how to make paratha den kindly delete it from ur menu card... These were horrible.. Not able to chew.... I felt so bad wen i served it in front of my frnd i ordered 14 paratha which cost 40 rs each..... Other dishes were gud.. But if ur cook doesn't know to prepare paratha.... Den kindly delete it from menu.... After this wen i called in the hotel as i told me they kept my phone on hold.... Wen second time again i called then they said it was plain paratha in which they don't apply any oil or ghee or butter... So better to pht that name as lacha tandori roti.This is the service they are providing.....should never opt for roti or...
