Spice Garden — Restaurant in Pune

I went here with a few friends of mine. We were preferring to sit outside to enjoy the Garden-like ambience. But two of the staff members asked us to sit someplace else, and pointed us to a section, which was dull and dark, and full of people consuming alcohol and cigarettes. All of us were boys, and hence they asked us to sit someplace else, as the Garden area was for "family". We also clarified that we were there for dinner only, and not any drinks at all. But they were adamant to shove us out of the garden area, as we didn't seem like a "family". Now this got even worse after they allowed a bunch of girls to sit in the Garden area, and they were never questioned whether they were "family" or not. Even after we chose a sit indoors, there was no one paying attention to serve us. We chose to visit the place because its reviews seem to be good, but that "goodness" certainly wasn't the case for us. The time of visit was 9:15 pm, on a Saturday. This was a small event for around 70 people for which we booked this hall in Spice garden. Arrangements for such type of programmes are very good. They only charge per plate if the program is for more than 50 people.(hall charge free) Sound, Mic, projector can be arranged within the same costing you don't have to pay extra for anything. Food quality is awesome and is very taste. Less or almost NO place for car parking and even though you park the car somewhere which the security assures you, you are left with no options rather tah than worrying about your car. I had parked my car near the hotel where the security told me and someone thrashed my Tail light which I found out later So no complaints and If any Please park at your own risk. Food quality is good..but rates are like JW Marriott or Hyatt or Blue Diamond...Yes yes I would let you know management is udpi.. late service...staff least intrested in serving you on time..buzy in watching tv...instead of serving... Captains think if customer order high rate food then they will kiss ur legs...if they order less rate food then the customer is bhikari... I said owner is just for earning not for serving the quality of service... He just need money...so rates are High... No quantity...quality is good...no parking space for four wheeler... Invested more money on the interiors obviously after stealing money from the customers...due to high rates beer served here I think is made of gold water... So the rates seems to be high...
