Read moreWorst place. Do not visit again. Rude behavior of hotel owner. We went to eat there and they charged more in bill than mentioned in menu card. So I asked waiter about same but he was not able to answer it properly. So I told him to call the hotel owner. And guess what their careless hotel owner was busy on phone. She was not able to come and resolve customers query. So I said we will leave like this only if you guys can't respect the customer. While leaving she called because obviously bill was not paid so she asked for the issue in very rude behavior as if she don't care about customers and was saying menu is not updated and all. So this should be informed to customer before only they can't charge more in bill directly. She settled the amount as like in menu card and when I was arguing she was saying don't visit again. Who says like this to their customers. They won't respect their customers at all. Normally some other owner will be there, I feel he is good because we visited here many times before and this was the last and worst experience. They should teach that today's hotel owner how to behave with their customers and then should leave the hotels responsibility on her because she is the worst hotel...

Sancheti couple, owners of Spice Stories might not be Tatas & Oberios yet, the passion with which they are invested in SS is second to none. It is distinctly visible with which they treat the customers & invest themselves in providing a delightful dining experience.
