"First time, last time. Absolutely terrible experience." I visited this Subway outlet for the first time, hoping to try something new and expecting decent taste. But honestly, it turned out to be one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. Confusing and careless service: When I placed my order, I asked for two different chicken options — Peri Peri and Tandoori. The staff seemed confused, switched my bread halfway through, and then casually asked, “Is this okay?” No professionalism or confidence in what they were doing. Cold and unappetizing sandwich: The sandwich was served completely cold. When I asked why it wasn’t hot, the staff replied, “We didn’t bake that much today.” Are you serious? Serving cold, under-prepared food and then brushing it off like it’s normal? Terrible chicken – tasted like tofu: The Chicken Peri Peri didn’t even taste like chicken. It had a strange texture — more like tofu or paneer. Absolutely no flavor, no spice, nothing close to what Peri Peri is supposed to taste like. The Tandoori chicken wasn’t any better — bland and dry. Read moreI visited this outlet last week with my family. Just as we sat down, the single staff member attending to us bluntly said “No online payment.” Shocked, we stood up immediately and walked out to the nearby McDonald’s instead.
It’s unbelievable in 2025 that even a roadside grandma selling flowers accepts online payments — but a so-called global brand like Subway is rejecting customers because they can’t keep up with basic digital transactions.
If they don’t accept online payments, why not put up a BIG, CLEAR SIGNBOARD OUTSIDE saying:
👉 “We live in the 1500s, and accept only barter system / old cash-only transactions.”

Sauces were missing, wrong vegetables added, charged for toasted with cheese but delivered non toasted and no cheese… chips packet were missing or mexican sub had no chips even it was mentioned clearly in the description.. Looks like the staff is very casual about their service...
