I visited this store thrice and twice I experienced the same staff (two ladies) both of them were rude. Like how can they roll eyes at the customer. No proper guidance for ordering. I can feel negative vibes from the person who was taking our order. I can understand if anyone is having a bad day but this happened twice with me. She has some kind of attitude issues. Belgian waffle team must check with her otherwise they are going to lose a lot of happy customers just because of those ladies. Just because of that I am giving 1 star otherwise waffle is good.

The Belgium waffle at Hadapsar was delicious! It had a perfect balance of crispy exterior and fluffy interior. Topped with fresh chocolate syrup, it was a delightful treat. Would definitely recommend trying it!

Pathetic Staff We visited on the International Waffle day to grab the offer but the staff literally made the costumers fool by not taking the order. He stoped taking the order by 11:15 We waiting for almost 2 hours in queue and came back with nothing No discipline at all Worst experience of ours The staff started arguing and at last also didn’t take our order before 12am I would suggest one should not visit hadapsar branch at...

I am writing this review based on multiple occurrences wherein I have experienced that the Waffle is not baked properly because of which I have lost my interest in Waffles atleast from Begian Waffle.

Maybe it's just here not sure... ot maybe it's just me.
