Venky's XPRS (Sinhgad Rd) — Restaurant in Pune

Just as other day, I went to venkys and order cheese chicken nuggets. But they were not usual in taste and in quality. Venkys food is famous as it's preferable for health conscious people. This time the nuggets were too oily to eat. So I went to Outlet's manager and told the scenario. He picked one of piece from my plate and so called faked to check it's quality. Though it was visible by eyes of normal person that it's too oily, yet he denied. I doubt his visual capacity now. Customer satisfaction should be priority for every service industry. Very disappointed with this incident and may not prefer venkeys...

It's an amazing place to eat non vegetarian meal. The taste of food is awesome. The sitting arrangements are outside the store in open air. The service of meals is good. They took some time to make food but taste of food is awesome. Peoples can freely eat their food. You can ask any thing regarding the meal, or the shop to the service person. They are friendly to talk with you. If you don't think what to take you can ask to the service person. They will suggest you the best...
