Bakers cafe — Restaurant in Punjab

We went for kiity party on 25 jan 2025 at ranjit avenue branch...took per head menu for rs 400...Total we were 12 members... But only 10 members had food..we ordered 10 soups,10 coffee as per decided in menu...2 members didn't had anything... But they argued with us and insisted us to pay for 12 members and said that ur 12 members occupied space, we gave u chairs to sit...but why should we pay for 12 members if we ordered for 10?And we were ready to pay for kids separately as half price of per head is taken for kids at all the outlets..but they were not agreeing...Talked rudely with us... Very bad behaviour... Extremely Poor service we waited so long for our order which was pre decided...they made excuse that there r other running orders also...they don't know how to deal with customers... Total...

We went to celebrate my brother's Wedding Anniversary today, but their poor service spoiled our evening, inspite of waiting for half an hour since we gave our order, half of the dishes were served & when we asked about our balance order, it was told that there's delay coz of running order. We gave them reminders repeatedly but no one cared, at last my family & of my brother's came back half done dinner. Really embarrassing situation it was, for I especially invited them in a dinner.... I suggest the owner to take necessary actions against the person responsible for this sheer negligence, for being in service industry otherwise I will suggest others too, to think twice before going to...

Ordered a sandwich on zomato and it was a disaster. Zomato description says sandwich should have lettuce and mayo amongst other things. The sandwich they sent only had peri peri, bell peppers and onions. And because of that the sandwich was so extremely spicy that it was almost uneatable and had to throw it partially. Also the peri peri sauce was not applied evenly because of which some bites were way more spicier than others. Considering the price you are charging and not adding even a piece of lettuce and mayo as described, it is not worth it at all. Please try to avoid...
