Worst service. It’s 12:15pm and we ordered chole bhature . chole were refrigerated and were cold . Ok I get it they had to do some preparations at night but still they should check before service. And when told to re heat them the girl was giving excuses. Never visiting again . The AC was not working. We asked for water she didn’t even serve . She just placed the jug and stomped off. The place was enormous and clean but the food was of zero quality. Cold and very salty sambar, chutney without salt , Chinese combo too spicy , pizza sour taste. We were rather ashamed as we had foreign guests with us who would carry such image of your huge brand. We asked for Kullad chai which was displayed as your specialty but there were no kullad available and they were offering us tea in disposable glasses which we refused. It’s Very good one of the Bikanervala’s resturant to dine in and fully hyigenic place to spend time with family ..last weekend we enjoyed very much there all staff are very helpfull and very familyer they take care of whole guest properly …and in menu specially the chole bhature i loved the most deshi ghee kye😋 … and the main Manager on duty Mr Rajan… is a very good person they help me out very much and very calm person he is i am fully setisfied👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻we visit there again with whole family …… awsome place to lunch dinner breakfast you...
